Jumping Goat first snow goat cheese, from Buena Vista, Colorado, has been carefully sourced to fit with our theme of using regional and quality products. Served with local red onion cream, forest mushrooms, local heirloom tomato, and our house made garlic flat bread. A sure crowd pleaser.
